Sierra really listened to my daughter and did a great job on her ( first) cut and color. I tried to stay out of the details, and I’m glad I did, because she nailed what my daughter wanted ;) This is Chloe’s Mom, if Sierra sees this: Thank you again 😊

I have never been disappointed in the results of my visits. Over the years I have been attended to by several hair dresser/designers at this location. Most recently Lauren has been cutting and styling my hair. I received several positive compliments from friends and family.
Everyone at the salon is welcoming and kind. Lorraine is amazing! I love my color and cut. I’m so happy I tried this salon!
Clarissa makes the experience feel welcoming and relaxed, does my hair perfectly, and makes great product recommendations.
I have always enjoyed my visits there. Grace and the rest of staff are so kind and professional. But this time, I had some color put into my hair. Not only did Grace listen to what I had requested, but she also remembered the whole conversation we had on the last visit, when we discussed the color for this visit. How invested she is in the needs and wished of her clients! I was not only impressed with her skill level, but more importantly, with her ability to listen to a request and then carry it out to perfection. Her abilities go way beyond her skill as a technician. Cudos to her and the rest of the staff at the salon.
Very nice, Grace was also very nice. I gave her my idea and she gave me idea. And my hair came out great.
Maya was very understanding of the haircut look I was going for. She provided helpful recommendations as well. I'm very happy with how my haircut turned out and how fast she did it.

I want to thank Balance Salon for 1. posting some availability on an early Saturday morning that sparked my interest and led to a last minute appointment for a refresh with my hair care professional. While I wasn't able to book for the full time I normally do and get all the services I needed, I was able to get a fresh trim, solid wash and condition and a beautiful blow out to last me through the weekend. 2. I want to thank my team for always being understanding and working so hard to take care of my needs last minute.
It is always a pleasure to step into this space and relax and walk out feeling refreshed and renewed.

I absolutely love my stylist Kristina- so much that I drive over an hour for my appointments. She is amazing and actually listens to my thoughts and then makes my ideas come to life! I was a stylist for over 25 years, so I know how important this is. Many stylists don’t listen.
I will say on my last visit, it was extremely disappointing to not see Aly’s smiling, genuine, welcoming face as I entered the salon. She could change my mood with that smile and energy. I looked forward to seeing her almost as much as I look forward to seeing Kristina. She was always so kind and truly embraced what it means to be at that front desk.
As a previous salon owner, I know how difficult it can be to hire for the front desk position, and I will tell you that Aly was a true gem and will be sorely missed. I would hire her and hope to clone her if I could. One thing you cannot teach is attitude and energy! She had both. The salon will not be the same without her and I’m sure many other clients will feel the same way.

I like the fact that Bella, my stylist, was a great listener and answered all my questions regarding my cut and style. Also Aveda products are simply wonderful. Aveda as a company is committed to saving the earth and offering clean products. The salon is welcoming and comfortable, All the people I interacted with from the welcome at the front desk to anyone else passing by in the salon greeted me, offered to get me water or coffee, and you could tell people here love their jobs. I was inspired by the entire crew of staff members and will return on a regular basis, I recommend this salon.
