Madison is a master! She knows my hair and its needs, knows what I like and always does smashing work!
Always a pleasurable experience coming in for a color refresher and cut. Grace was a new stylist for me filling in for Lauren who had been unwell. It was lovely meeting her and interacting. Great cut and of course the color was perfect. Glad it all worked out!
Every person there is fantastic, incredibly competent and very nice and pleasant. I love this place! It's also very calm and relaxing and you feel like the people there truly care. My hair is always perfect and they always take their time to do everything just right. I've never felt rushed.

I have never been disappointed in the results of my visits. Over the years I have been attended to by several hair dresser/designers at this location. Most recently Lauren has been cutting and styling my hair. I received several positive compliments from friends and family.

I have always enjoyed my visits there. Grace and the rest of staff are so kind and professional. But this time, I had some color put into my hair. Not only did Grace listen to what I had requested, but she also remembered the whole conversation we had on the last visit, when we discussed the color for this visit. How invested she is in the needs and wished of her clients! I was not only impressed with her skill level, but more importantly, with her ability to listen to a request and then carry it out to perfection. Her abilities go way beyond her skill as a technician. Cudos to her and the rest of the staff at the salon.

Everyone there is kind and professional . They listen well to what I want and accommodate my needs and wants. Christina usually does my hair. Carlos, the owner of the salon is also very good. The salon is now an hour away from me and although there are Aveda Salons nearer to me, I prefer going to Balance Salon in Tampa. I have been going there for more than 20 years and I absolutely love Aveda products. They have great sales on products which I feel is a good time to stock up.
