Grace & Kristina always go above and beyond with skills, knowledge, customer service & kindness. My daughter is very excited to go Balance Salon for a haircut memorable experience, Kristina is super sweet, patience and focus on her, she feels very welcome and taking care.
Grace always does my hair the way I wanted, she brings her beautiful smile and fabulous personality to make "ME TIME" to another level!

Everyone at the salon is wonderful! Grace is my stylist and she really understands the look I try to go for even when I can’t articulate it well. They are like family there. All the stylists help each other, there are smiles and laughter all through the salon! It’s a great place to go for a fantastic experience!

I love it 10/10 best experience, always feels welcoming, comfortable, everyone is so nice. My hair is soo beautiful, so much volume my hair is so stunning like a 90s look, my hairstylist Sierra did such an amazing outcome of my hair, I can’t wait to come back again in a few months!! I love her so much, the salon, everything, best products ever I also own a few products which are excellent and lasting products, my hairstyle lasted for a day!!!
