A sales associate was available right when we walked in, and helped us out tremendously. He was willing to let me try a couple sizes of bikes, and recommended which size fit better. He clearly knew what he was talking about, and gave us pointers for trails and care for the bike. We walked away happy customers with a new mountain bike.

Wish I had found you sooner. Orders parts from another store and had to wait a month for delivery only to find out that the description was incorrect. North Star had the parts with a correct description and delivery was as quick as promised. I will definitely come back here in the future
used the services of the shop to repair my bike - was kept in the loop with texts throughout - they had to wait for parts they didn't have in stock-n-I was given a bit of a discount for the inconvenience - shop personnel seemed truly interested in customer satisfaction - at the end of it all, the bike performed very well - will certainly deal with Northstar again
