The price was the lowest I found in Canada. The product was shipped in a timely fashion. I googled the shop before ordering for reviews and I street viewed the shop to confirm it was actually a brick and mortar shop. I like supporting small retailers in BC. I have had great service from Northstar right from the purchase of my Trek e-bike thru to service. The staff I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable. These guys know their stuff. Want tires. They walked me thru the options. Clothing and accessories. They again knew their stuff. Excellent shop and staff.

Cant comment on the dropper post and lever that i have bought as it gets installed in the next week, but it seems functionnal and came without a scratch or fingerprint, plus i made a mistake selecting the lever and with a simple email, customer service changed it before they shipped it. Will order again and recommend on fb groups for sure!
