Easy online shopping and item was delivered to the store as requested on time.
The shipping cost was great. You don't have to purchase hundreds of dollars of stuff to get free shipping. The lady on the phone when I called both times for an order update, was very polite and courteous. Give her a raise. She salso called to confirm my address and to let me know that my order was being packed up and shipped. The only complaint I have is that email updates and tracking information weren't sent to me automatically and I had to reach out to obtain it. But again, the lady that took care of me was amazing and promptly emailed me the tracking info when I requested it and apologized for the inconvenience.
