I love that there different yoga teachers most days. I like their diverse techniques.

I also like the convenience of the studio as I live in Swords.

I like the friendly atmosphere and that most of the teachers know my name and are concerned about and interested in my wellbeing.

Great instructors, such a nice venue, clean, the smells. The non hot yoga could be slightly more air conditioned maybe to keep cool. Love the place.
