I participated in a yoga gentle touch work shop facilitaed by Shane Marklenn.I found the workshop informative and Shane was very approachable and easy to ask questions and he made time to come around to everyone during practical demonstrations and offer feedback which isnt always the case i find on workshops.I personal liked how i could record short videos of the practical demonstrations Shane gave as im a visual leaner.The workshop was well priced and duration of time given was accurate

The ease of booking and the level of instruction.
Excellent classes
The teacher was very good at guiding us through the exact cues needed to improve our alignment as we went through sequences/poses. Also, he made sure that everyone who was still struggling was helped into a position that felt better & carried out the objective of the pose better.
I pointed out my specific tailbone concern at the start of the class (when he offered to talk to us individually RE - injuries), and he gave a couple of easier/alternative poses I could do. I understand this level of individual attention was allowed also because there was a small group for this class too - but it was great!
Good location, lovely studio and friendly staff and teachers. Teachers are always very good with range of styles which gives a great variety.
