I attended Leslie Kaminoff’s workshop weekend. It was educational in an inclusive and practical way. It was fantastic to have such an experienced professional who is so generous in sharing knowledge, and still actively deconstructing and exploring the possibilities of yoga. Lydia was not only a pleasure to meet but added value to the weekend - bringing a different perspective and also support to the content. Will definitely attend a future training as there is so much more I feel I can learn from them.
