Today, the air conditioning in studio 1 was poor. The smell from the previous class left a stench and our own class was a little suffocating.

Elizabeth’s mat and reformer classes are my most favourite at Yogahub. I usually go to Elizabeth’s classes on Mondays and Fridays which I always really look forward to. She puts a lot of thought into what she teaches, the classes are well structured challenging and fun. Elizabeth is an excellent teacher with a calm, friendly and kind manner.
