I’ve never owned a Trek bicycle before, but I am certainly enjoying the ‘Trek experience’. The bike is very reliable and well put together. I use it regularly in the scrub and it handles and performs very well. I’ve had my bike serviced at the Trek store Bennett’s Green. The team (particularly Emily) were wonderful. Emily greeted me with a smile and was very clear on how the service would be undertaken and how long the job would take and she was true to her word. It is clear she loves her job. As a customer the whole experience was very pleasing.
