Staff were approachable and friendly. Specifically, the three guys I spoke to were all casual enough to have a chat and a bit of a laugh and discuss adventures/ideas etc.
The greatest customer service is always a staff member who can flex between each customer. Some people may want a more serious approach, others more friendly, some fast or some casual. I believe the three guys I spoke to on Sunday at Trek Bennets Green showed exactly that. Top lads, cheers.
