Effective and friendly. I also loved the kundalini class with Tamara :)
The classes are often too crowded and the ventilation in the classroom could be improved. When walking in there is a very strong human smell! Breathing is essential to yoga so why not try to make us feel like we are breathing in some nice air!
Love the classes and the staff is very friendly.

Studios, teachers, community, practice. I love all these things about Semperviva. I also love that I live a 5 minute walk away!!

You always have friendly front staff. This is a deal breaker for me. I like that mats are provided as well in case I forget.

The large space, open windows, availabilty of props. The Hatha class I took was lovely and Bernies training fabulous.

Your staff are all so welcoming and friendly, from the moment you arrive to the last person you speak to at the studio uo feel well looked after. The teachers are all engaging and I always feel challenged, even if I go to the same class week after week.
