Great teacher (and sub this time) for that class and the studio is nice and open. Love the fact that it has a hard floor - makes for a much more stable practice.
Pamela is a fabulous instructor and I enjoyed and greatly benefitted from her class. 1st time I went.
She is fluid and has an intuitive understanding of movement and flow.

I just took a one week training with Bernie Clark and loved the entire experience.
The training itself but also the beautiful seaside studio and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming.
Great amount of props and mats!
Yyoga has free lockers which I love, especially in a busy yoga studio. So I brought my bag into class rather than leave it in an open cubby. Otherwise it was a nice relaxing class thank you! Was so nice my friend could bring me as a guest :) great policy.

What I want from an instructor is for them to describe in each position, the important muscles that should be engaged, as well as smaller class sizes and for the instructors to offer hands on position adjustments, but I love semperviva <3
Kits Studio is more spacious with more washrooms and retail space than the Sun Studio.
