Besides the large space I love I can just quickly scan in before class. Mats and water is available so no need to bring my heavy mat to class. It's great to have access to props to assist and support me in my journey.

Variety of classes and times
The staff are great - the room itself remains gloomy and the ants in the spring were intolerable. So it goes....
You packed an insane amount of people in the class. Added at least 10 more than the full room of mats you already had. Have a cap, respect it and our expectations.

I would appreciate it if you did not require gender as part of your intake process- the Ipad at Sun Centre would not let me choose "Other." Staff seemed aware of this issue.
Alternative levels of poses are always appreciated, especially as someone recovering from an Ashtanga SI-joint injury/chronic instability.
Also, as a student I find the drop in rate a little steep. I appreciate that there are intro and student membership rates, but am used to first class free from other studios where I recently moved from in Victoria.

Excellent teachers. Variety of classes and time to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient locations. Sometimes, classes are too crowded for my comfort. I also find that background music is too loud. You are doing excellent job. Thank you.
