Great teachers!

Randy's classes are refreshing in that they are different and do not go through the same sequences every classes. Some teachers get stuck in what they're used to and don't stray. It is the only hatha class that I know I will be challenged in with the way he works up to a more difficult pose. I have been challenged in a good way and leave feeling like I've learned something new. He also has a great warmth in him.

Great teachers! Studios are well equipped with everything you needs (mats, props, water), and everyone at Semperviva is so friendly and welcoming.

The studio location is beautiful however, the entrance and change space area is very small and gets extremely congested and a little noisy.

I like visiting there for many reasons,; sense of community, friendliness, great instructors, multiple locations and classes and so on.

I love the fact that mats are provided, all the teachers are professional and fun, and the studio has such a great atmosphere!

Windows to the outside would be nice... but not realistic.

Parking & crowded change/transition areas. (Crowded coming and going putting coat and shoes back on)

Thursday 7pm yin either the 5th or 9th of October ( I was that both ) ......... I don’t know if it was the first time the heat had been turned on and dust was Being spewed into the room?

I went in feeling 100% fine

I got really stuffed up and yuckie and thought I must be getting sick and then when I left and was in the fresh air it immediately cleared

And it wasn’t like ‘typical yoga {CLEARING}’ where you can get stuffed up

This was like allergy kind of stuff. Heavy duty full on! And then better once out of studio

Great instructors, efficient pass system and good location.

The place is beyond acceptable. One washroom (women) for 50 people??? no shower?? barely any room to change. It's crowded and people are basically one on top on another in the room. Coming from my experience in Yyoga, this is very disappointing.

I often find the studio does not have enough air circulation

Everyone was super welcoming and helpful! It was my first time at City Center and I feel right at home. The studio was beautiful and relaxing with the low lights (perfect for my little guy who can get overwhelmed by crowds and noise). Our instructor came over and introduced herself before class and talked to us after class too.

Girls at the reception were very nice and welcoming. The studio itself is really packed and you are too close to neighbours.

I was too cramped/close to my neighbours on all sides. Barely a few inches left or right. And I nearly got kicked in the head when the guy in front of me did three legged dog.

I know more customers is good for revenue... but maybe consider reducing the class size and add a bit of breathing room around each mat.

The room also smelled a bit funky. Feet and sweat.

Teacher was good.
