Cleanliness. Throughput through the facility is high and cleaning between classes appears to be dependent on the user, the participation seemed optional.

Sometimes it feels like the YAs do not take initiative during sign-in. For instance one will watch the other complete a transaction and not notice that there are several guests waiting to scan their card, ask a question, or grab a hair tie. I've noticed this on several occasions and i don't believe these were training shifts.

Atmosphere, view, classes, community
Great warm environment, wise teachers, welcoming front of house staff and amazing merch. Also love that I can pull an oracle card from the samples before or after class. And the tea👍🏻
The past couple times I have come to a Power Class, I have gotten congested and I leave with a headache. I have noticed that during class the essential oil diffusers are running throughout the duration of the class. I am sensitive to fragrances due to allergies, and I wonder if the diffusers are a standard element used in most of the classes or if it could be listed on the website, noting in advance if the teachers will be using the dispensers.
Also, the schedule has a wide range of offerings, but I wish there was a later night class at City Centre, say 8pm start time. 7:30pm is a bit of a challenge due to my work schedule which ends at 7pm. This is just to say, that I've had a challenge finding the right time to take a Power Class at Semperviva. I'm still working to figure this out and trying to find the right classes that are convenient with my schedule.
Overall the teachers have been strong and consistently unique in their approaches to yoga. I've enjoyed the community and the friendly and welcoming staff as well:) I am hoping to continue on at Semperviva these next couple months.
Just about everything!! Like: number & variety of classes; some excellent teachers & many very good teachers; front end staff are friendly, welcoming & very helpful, again, as with teachers some absolutely outstanding, many very good; the atmosphere is uplifting & inclusive, there is a real sense of community, belonging & family; the studios are clean, well maintained & organized; the variety of workshops, teacher trainings & retreats are available for those interested clients; so, what's not to like or suggestions for other options. Changes I personally would like to suggest for your consideration: more Kundalini & yin classes on the schedule; more classes taught by Caroline, Syma, Klay & Helen; an 8:00 Sun. am Kundalini at Sun; a regular/permanent teacher for Sat. 8:00 am Kundalini at Sun; perhaps some feedback to feedback that is given as to what's possible & what's not & why; I would like to be able to get through on the phone to Sun Studio more often ( I can always get through to Kits Beach studio, but find Sun almost always does not answer). Think that about covers it, other than to mention that I was personally disappointed not to be eligible to become a volunteer. All in all, rate Semperviva 10/10. Thx.😊

Easy access- Checking-in, etc. Lovely people on the desk. Good props/environment. Number one has to be the teachers though- varied, knowledgable and supportive.
Class was far too crowded. I will definitely avoid this class in the future. You should institute a sign up system like other yoga studios.
Mats in the studio are way too close together, its hard to get into poses without feeling like you might kick somebody.
