People are very nice there. I did feel that there could have been better communication about the one problem I was having. Maybe a written note. Thankfully, I test drove it in the parking lot before I left, found that it was doing the same thing, THEN it was explained to me that this was just the way it was and how I could hold shifter longer to cause gear to catch. Other than that, the staff is friendly and caring.

The current situation meant my new bike took a long time to deliver, and they kept me updated on the situation. Now that I have it, I'm treated like an important ongoing customer.
