I haven’t been in the bike shop for 15 or more years. When I walked in with my bike I was greeted and ask what if any problems I needed help with. The checked my bike they found a defective crank shaft that was badly worn and needed to be replaced. They also replaced both break cables and replaced a broke valve stem. I bought a new bike seat since I’m much older now and need the extra seat width and most important the comfort these days. I noted the huge improvements and impressed what they did in the repair area. You could view the employees repair the bikes up front. No hiding the repairs in the back room out of view. And the shop sales floor had lots of bikes for all ages like regular street bikes to dirt bikes and the newest E-bikes which I checked out. My next move is buying an electric bike. I can honestly say it was a great experience and I give them a 100% and Five Stars ***** very friendly staff I will be back for sure! Thank you all First name removed
