This was my first time doing business with Al Petri,

I came in for new tires and tubes.

First, I was greeted at the counter on 3/3 by a very friendly and welcoming staff member. I don’t remember her name but she was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and had the best smile ever. She was very patient with me and explained the process and costs.

I ordered tires online from elsewhere but they ended up being on back order, so I bought them from AP. The customer service rep went over the different types of tires with me based upon what type of bike I had and what terrain I usually biked on. She pleasantly answered my rookie questions too.

After a few hours, I got a text that my bike was finished being serviced and ready to be picked up. They had to put rim strips on each wheel which was an additional cost that I did it mind paying. I appreciate that they saw I needed new ones.

The pricing was extremely reasonable. I’ll certainly be back if I need service on my bike or if I am on the market for a new bike,

Service, quality, knowledge

Products are the best you can get. We bought my granddaughter’s first bike from Petri’s about 20 years ago. She has cerebral palsy and the bike had to be adjusted for her. I remember being told when we’re done with some of these bikes they might look Weird but the kids really enjoy them we make them to fit the kids. This is true Gina enjoyed her bike for many many years and when she was done with it we gave it to another child Who could enjoy it just as much. I would recommend Petri‘s to anyone looking for a bike

It is always a pleasure to do business with Al Petri & Sons. Everyone I’ve encountered is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same high quality service from both ladies at the front counter. You carry a good selection of accessories and your prices are fair. I always try to check with the shop first when I need bicycle tools and parts. I know given the shop’s location, comfort/cruiser stuff is the main product, but I would love to see more mountain biking accessories and clothing, like Troy Lee Designs and Fox products. Regardless, Al Petri & Sons almost always has what I need and I always recommend you guys to my friends in the area. It’s awesome having such a great bike shop only 7 minutes from our home in Woodhaven. Keep up the great work, I’m sure I’ll be back in soon!
