I have been a patron at Al Petri's bike shop for over fourteen years, and never had a
disapointing experience. In my opinion, Al Petri's is a great establishment to deal with.
In November of 1999, my wife and I moved to Brownstown, from Buffalo, N.Y., where my wife
purchased a Univega Via Carisma Racelite 4130-DB, Chromoly bike in 1994, for me from
Shickluna Bike Shop,Est. in1912. My Wife walked the bike home,(we lived just over a
quarter mile from Shickluna"s), my Chistmas Present.

I am so happy with my recent bike fit and adjustments. Melanie and Elizabeth were very patient answering all of my questions and offered helpful suggestions. They were relentless in their observations and micro adjustments to make my bike fit perfectly. They also went way out of the way to research and locate parts for me. Additionally, they did a great job keeping me updated as we were waiting for parts that were on order. Their tech guy was super friendly too and fixed computer system glitches that happened during the fit that probably would have taken weeks to fix anywhere else. Al was great too! He took the time assure me that my part swaps would be done promptly. I am very glad I spent to time and $ to get my bike fit. My first ride after the fit was over 100 miles and I didn’t have a single issue or complaint with the bike. The shop is great! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fit or help with their bike!
