Swimming
I like the variety of the programs for different ages and levels! I would like to see more gentle yoga classes or maybe a stretch program!
I use the pool facility only. I like the many available aqua fitness classes.

Clean, organized, friendly, volunteers who have great attitudes!
I have been able to work through surgeries and recovery using the facilities and programs available to members. My rehabilitation has been a good experience all around because the staff, volunteers and members make each visit comfortable, safe and … sometimes fun.
The ease of getting information on what I am looking for. The friendliness of the staff. The reliability of the programs.
Great job!!

Very family oriented
Something for everyone!
Enjoy the pickleball drop in. No sign up, close to home.
Fun and healthy
Great staff :)
My wife and I love it
The participants of Light & Lively are all so kind and friendly and Steve our instructor is great. His instructions are clear and the exercises are all geared to our age and capabilities. Steve also has a great sense of humor and his classes are always uplifting and fun.
And of course the music is great too.
I also appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the staff at the front desk.
The whole experience is positive and fun. Thank you.

Positive environment.
Clean everywhere.
Wellness cafe very affordable and good food.
Was my 1st time there as a bit far compared to my other locations.
Saw a big range of activities there…!
I love the child minding program, the friendly staff and the boot camp classes that are available.
Lane swimming times
Programs are great! We just need more pickleball schedule during the evenings. So much people on Thursday nights and not enough playing time. We work during the day no time to play in the morning. I would like to see more schedule for pickleball.
Keeps the child engaged. Lots of variety and space.
Our daughter enjoys the swimming sessions, crafts and bonding with the camp counselors.
Things that could be improved:
1. Establish an "end of day" communication method with the parents. This could include topics like: What did my child enjoy? What did she learn? Was there a theme of the day that she participated in?
2. Create a more organized, warm and welcoming drop off and pick up space. When I drop off my child there is no organized space to place her belongings. No one formally welcomes us. I lead my child to a table with coloring, wait until she's settled then leave.
When I pick up my child, all the kids are grouped together (older kids and young ones) which is chaotic. The children are playing and laying all over the floor. There is food everywhere. My child's belonging's are scattered around the room.
3. Create a leader (s) for the counsellors. Someone I can touch base with who knows my child, and knows what they did that day.
Loved that the kids were able to go swimming every day. They had fun going on walks, playing at the park, exploring and doing crafts.
I like the new machines and the layout of the workout area. Also, I like the concept of the indoor track.
Very good equipment and atmosphere. Locker room usually clean and the steam room is great
