Aquafit

Our daughter enjoys the swimming sessions, crafts and bonding with the camp counselors.
Things that could be improved:
1. Establish an "end of day" communication method with the parents. This could include topics like: What did my child enjoy? What did she learn? Was there a theme of the day that she participated in?
2. Create a more organized, warm and welcoming drop off and pick up space. When I drop off my child there is no organized space to place her belongings. No one formally welcomes us. I lead my child to a table with coloring, wait until she's settled then leave.
When I pick up my child, all the kids are grouped together (older kids and young ones) which is chaotic. The children are playing and laying all over the floor. There is food everywhere. My child's belonging's are scattered around the room.
3. Create a leader (s) for the counsellors. Someone I can touch base with who knows my child, and knows what they did that day.
