I use the pool for lane swimming
Hate having go use the Family dressing room with the very small lockers especially in colder weather. Hard enough to get coat and shoes in spring and fall let alone boots and heavy coat in winter along with carrying bag at.
Not enough large lockers in ladies locker room.
So glad I am in 65 plus ladies locker room.
Appreciated water being warmer in aqua fit class this morning in the family pool as I have arthritis in both knees and love coming every day to exercise in the pools just to keep active and moving.

Pickle ball is great here! It’s organized, and offered several times per week. The Pickleball volunteers and community are approachable and helpful! It’s a lot of fun while getting in some exercise!
I only buy swim passes for Aquafit. I like that I can do that without buying a whole membership. I love the Aquafit - the instructors are all great and positive. It’s the first activity I’ve found in my life that I really enjoy doing.

I have only taken 1 class at Stoney Creek, group blast. My ‘home Y’ is Startech.com but I like to go to Stoney Creek to use the pool and steam room. I love the 18+ change room and ability to not be on guard around children who are possibly students at my school. I use the steam room to help my muscles and body recover.
Great programs in studio or pools
Come for the lane swim. Love the pool area! Open, big, clean. Staff is friendly and responsive, asking people to move out of lanes they should not be in.
