The instructors at Core Power North Boulder are fantastic; so motivating and supportive! They’re great at offering modifications, which has been helpful as I’m recovering from ACL surgery. The music is always on point and makes the classes even better.
Instructors are always super friendly and welcoming and the studio is always really clean.
It just feels like a very fun and safe space to workout at.

The mind, body, spirit approach to health is so well balanced and challenging. It’s the best form of exercise and moving meditation that I have ever done. I would recommend this to everyone!
The teachers are also incredible! The Encino studio, which is my regular studio, is managed very well and the community that they have built there is wonderful! Can’t say enough good things about them!

I love Corepower! One loving feedback I've been meaning to give is this... I am someone who practices rather calm yoga and meditate in quiet places, when I am not at Corepower. And I don't go to loud concerts or bars anymore.
So the loud music at sculpt classes are sometimes a bit too stimulating for e. Sometimes I feel the music is way too loud for me to feel comfortable because I am simply not used to it anymore. I am considering bringing ear plugs, but if possible, would be great if music can be turned down a little bit so that I can enjoy it a bit more. Thank you. I hope this is received with love as intended!
Great workout. Clean facility, enjoyed hot yoga, good community, and good instructor.
It’s a beautiful space with plenty of air conditioning. I don’t like the Rockridge facility because there’s no air conditioning in the women’s changing room even though I live closer to the Rockridge core power. This class was great and Heather was awesome as usual.

The noon yoga sculpt class led by wren was fantastic! Exactly what I needed after a long flight. Started my trip out on the right foot and feeling great!
