Brynne Weed is an exceptional teacher!!!
When you get a chance take Leo’s Sunday at 9:30 am Nob Hill. Truly such a gifted instructor. His intentions are meaningful (every single class I’ve taken by him I can relate to his intentions), his flows are fast, I love how he’s one of the only instructors (Nora M Williamsburg) who allows you to flow by yourself and add/subtract and movements to make it your own flow, I love his cue-ing (doesn’t sound robotic like how Core Power teaches it), and his music is great. In addition, I like how he’s keeps his sequencing rather simple to focus on the basics.
Lastly, you can tell that he truly enjoys teaching and it’s a different type of meaning when you know the instructor puts effort.
He needs to teach a 6 pm Nob Hill or Duboce section.
Great experience..easy to sign-up, get in/out...excellent programs and instructors.

I loved the workout with the circuits we did and the instructor was great!
I took Efe U and Esther D classes back to back on Mondays and thought both instructors were great! Although the heat might be broken in the studio because it was really low. Regardless, loved Efe’s music and sequencing for sculpt.
Esther - her class was Star Wars themed which I didn’t know so wasn’t too fond of her music but loved her personality and how she called herself a nerd.
It was so challenging but in the best way. While it was my first workout back in months and I couldn’t complete all the flows, people in the class and Wendy were all so encouraging and I can’t wait to come back.

Our instructor April was super helpful, played really good music, and was really energetic through the entire class. It was my first class ever and I’m feeling exhausted but in a good way. Would definitely go back again.

I have been a Core Power Yoga member for 15 years and this is my fav yoga studio! I go to the Rino location most of the time and love it and all of the instructors are top notch. I think I've been to every possible yoga studio in Denver including all of the Core Power locations! I enjoy all types of yoga but definitely prefer the fitness-focused versions of yoga that Core Power offers. Highly recommend!
I thought it was an outstanding yoga practice! Sandy C was amazing, I felt that her prompts were very good and clear, and she offered encouragement when needed, and appreciated! I liked the size of the studio. Overall, it was a great experience and a good workout.

The Louisville studio is so kind and welcoming. The teachers there have all been wonderful and I never feel out of place, slow, fat, old, any of the things I've felt in other studios. They are all so encouraging and helpful. It's a wonderful community!
