Had a an amazing couple classes during my free first week! Will be signing up for a monthly subscription for sure. Highly recommend this location not only for convenience but overall vibe and staff has clearly created an “Welcoming” culture.
Corepower is a great place to get in shape physically and mentally. One teacher in particular Dave Porter has opened my mind in many positive ways how he talks in each class about being present and simple ways to improve your life.

The instructors are fantastic and class selections are good. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are pretty packed often.
To try to describe my CorePower experience sounds like such a silly easy question to answer. It saved my life in a trifecta that I have trouble discussing or describing because of the immense amount of gratitude I have for I wish I could annoint Niki Leondakis feet with precious oils! The unity and joy and vulnerability it took for me to feel alive would not of been possible without the love and community starting with where my journey began at point Loma studio!! Shout out to homebase PB CPY!! I can confidently know I can trust to go into any CPY studio and feel just at home! It's 336 classes in good I am CorePower squared for life!

Great classes, especially Kari O’s CoreRestore. I love it so much, I wish she was added to the on demand lineup. One of the aspects that makes her so effective at leading this class, beyond her kind heart, is her use of voice. Her intonation, cadence, volume, and judiciously chosen words of positivity, together create a soft, low friction environment that certainly allows the good energy to flow.
Overall, the studio appears tidy and clean. The ample parking is a nice bonus compared to the other SB studios. Thank you!
