Teachers are first-rate (strong, clear and engaged in the practice). Very good schedule with a large variety of classes throughout the day (and different audiences at different times). Well-suited to strong practitioners.
I have been going to corepower for almost 10 years and have frequented many studios. I like the consistency of the classes. I like the Point Loma studio because especially in studio 2, there is great natural light

The instructor Lauren M at the Friday 2.30 class is very motivational and inspirational.
I really love all the teachers, especially Andrea! Would love to see the women’s lockers get fixed but otherwise it’s always a great experience.
