I like the vibes, the welcomeness, and the peace amidst a peaceful group of individuals sharing a collective space that makes for healing, growth, and happiness opportunities. I really enjoy the slow and gentle stretch days in particular!

I love my community there lately it seems like some good instructors are gone. I would like to see more options for class with more emphasis on physical training and form with weights and pilates innthe sculpt classes
