Josh, and Carla, do a great job with the members--always there when we need them. All of the trainers I've met have been terrific. All the recent improvements to the club, although way behind schedule (through no fault of CAC) have now been implemented and I think they are great, along with all the new equipment. And I'm particularly happy we still have a couple of squash courts.
People are very friendly and I love the classes
plenty of group options -- classes, small group, 90 days, crossfit, basketball, etc. etc.
I'd like it even better is there were comfortable hang around space, as comfortable as the old black couches positioned catty corner to each other with coffee table, but more appropriate to the new space.

The facility is great. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is convenient. I love the membership options that are available. I just wanted the ability to use the club to train with Josh May three times a week and I was given the perfect package for that purpose. I have belonged to two other clubs and that was not a tailored option that was available - huge accolades from me on that feature!!
