It was so easy to book the appointment with Kevin using the website, he promptly connected with me once the booking was made. He was even able to accommodate a different start time since I couldn't make it to the home at 9am. I was impressed how detailed Kevin was and he made sure he went on the roof and even went under the cottage crawl space! I have had other inspectors just use cameras on poles to avoid going into hard to reach or awkward spaces, but Kevin made sure he had a good look everywhere. He went over all the issues and explained why it was an issue and also if its critical vs fix in the future. He sent the detailed report (41 pages) the same day. The report is clear, knowledgeable and allows us to confidently purchase the cottage without and surprises. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to book a home inspection.
