I was in the process of purchasing a house on short closing date. I called on 3/30 to see the availability of a home inspector for that day, and I spoke with Debbie. I explained to her my situation, and within an hour she had called be back with confirmation of appointment, for the same day. This was extremely helpful.
JD was our assigned inspector. He showed up a few minutes before we did, and he was ready to begin. He explained everything that he was seeing. The good, the bad, and most importantly the recommendations he was going to make on his report. He also explained the reason for those recommendations, and what we needed to keep an eye for over the years.
When we received our report, there were a few things missing. I reached out to JD, and he promptly replied, apologized and corrected the report to what we had originally discussed. I would recommend this company. They are very a accommodating, and attentive to their clients.
Bob was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and we love that he explained everything to us. It was very informative and he gave us more sound mind about our first-time home purchase.
