We hired Carson Dunlop to inspect a roughly 9,000 sf custom new-build before firming up our offer, and Gordon was outstanding from start to finish. He gave us nearly 4+ hours on site, worked through every system at his own pace, and never once made us feel rushed. Professional inspector, took the time to explain everything. REASON I AM HESITANT TO RECOMMEND: Carson Dunlop was the only company that required payment days before the inspection. It made me concerned about what level of service I'd receive on the day of. Turned out to be good service, so that was good.
