fees are to high
Every one is very friendly, willing to help, and knowledgeable.
We receive updates, notices and training.
I think the association does everything they can to assist its members, and is excellent at communicating what they are doing, what they are offering.

Would not have donation amount built into statement
The fees keep climbing every year. They are too high and there doesn't seem to be an end to the increases.
Mainstreet Organization of Realtors is a tool that all Realtors need and should use. Especially new Realtors. It is an organization where Realtors can go to get their questions answers and find the tools needed to do their job, and keep up with the latest news regarding the Real Estate Industry.
The organization seems fine happy. Fine levels are way too high.

Everyone is congenial and helpful. They do everything they can to answer questions and accommodate the members. Over the years they have asked us what we need or want and they have responded quickly. I also like that the staff appears to have little turnover. They stay around long enough to really know their jobs. The new people I have talked to seem to be getting excellent training too. I hope that ,means the association is treating the staff well too!
