why are appraisers a different class? Giving money for the MLS is just a information service nothing more.
How about some of the cert classes offered free? Pay a ton in fees get no usual classes towards building your business esp if your new!

I tried to make an appointment for 1-1 class and there was no follow up and no response. I left a phone message and there was no call back. The live classes are helpful but sometimes one person can take over the class with numerous questions. The teacher needs to direct the class and not allow one student to take over.
I'VE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 1976 STARTING WITH THE DU PAGE BOARD OF REALTORS.I WISH THERE WAS SOME WAY TO CONTROL THE BOARD FEE INCREASES EACH YEAR. WE JUST GOT A JUMP IN THE SEMI-ANNUAL BILLING DUE IN SEPTEMBER.
