Every time the Ethics training requirements are due, you tell me you have not received it.
My training vendor AHI emails the certification to you every time. I have to research and have them email it to you again with me in copy.
It's getting to be an inconvenience when I've clearly done my part. You should address the break down in your process so your members are not faced with this every ethics training renewal period.

It's all about the fees. Paying so many different fees makes it challenging to survive in this business. Or give free classes/designations every year along with cost.

Great classes, updates on laws, compliance with our license. Instructors are always helpful and knowledgeable. When you need help the folks that are in customer service are always so nice and willing to help. I can't imagine any other association is as good. Thank you.
