Always there to help you.
In general, everyone there is more than willing to help or to get me to the right person/area. I seem to always have an 'unusual' problem or scenerio and it is always handled appropriately and many times with a good sense of humor. I can think of only one time recently when someone did not get back to me as promised but I think it was also a day where the Board was just plain busy and we all have those days.
I got one phone call to remind me to pay MOR fee but it is one day passed due date.
That means I have to pay late fee $20.
Due to busy schedule, I did not received any email or phone call before due date.
It will be too later to pay after your phone call reminder.
Why not call us 3 days before due date. That will save us late fee.

Your organization does NOT provide any Continuing Ed for Appraisers! I have asked repeatedly through the years when this will happen...every year it is the same response..."we're working on it". This is for over 15 years!!! Yet, we have to pay the same as Realtors for less. Why would I recommend you to anyone? We have to take Mandatory NAR education but Realtors don't have to take any USPAP classes? Half of Realtors don't even know what USPAP is. When there is an issue with any listings, and it is reported, nothing happens. Realtors are not held accountable. As an example, I CONTINUALLY see that Realtors are listing condos as townhomes. I report it, NO CHANGES ARE MADE. Educating Realtors about types of houses would be great! They don't know the difference between a bi-level, tri-level, split level or split level with a sub. It is a total joke.

Perhaps I have not browsed enough on the site, but am always interested in hearing about or feedback for new apps and how other agents like or dislike new products... of course if they are willing to share!
Mainstreet is always there to help! I've haven't had to reach out many times but the few times it was a pleasure.
Good training courses and services
Too expensive
in my mls dues there are fees that look like they are part of dues but they are donations. they need to word them differently cause new agent think they are part of the dues.
very professional and great customer service
The Wisconsin mls is way easier to use and their mobile app lets me text listings to my clients
CE courses are not made for part time Realtor's. They are only during the day and none on the weekends. This leads to not being able to enjoy the perks of keeping all of your education with MORe.
Fees are too high
All the classes I've taken and the calls I've made with questions, everyone is very friendly and can always answer my questions. Great classes also. Thank you Mainstreet!
