Their training is excellent. I do believe they need a better way of letting people know what they do
I never understand this question. Who would i recommend it to? Its mandatory. Mainstreet has good features and is expensive. Appears more focused on rules then help. And keeps us fending for ourselves with outdated software . Many times clients that have better access to info than we do.
The only things offered after work hours for those of us who aren't full-time agents are meetups at restaurants, not classes or certifications or the really useful things. I can't even pick up a Sentilock box without taking time off work to run the errand during the limited, inflexible association office hours. The only useful things I get from my membership are access to the MLS and Sentrilock, which aren't even services the association provides, so I'm just paying a middleman for someone else's hard work. I also just discovered the dues collected don't even cover helping me switch agencies, which is an extra $35 "fee" for some minor data entry that feels petty. Nobody reached out when my license left one agency or moved to another offering assistance or even goodbye and thanks for all your money if I was leaving and not just moving. I had to find my access to everything cut off and then reach out asking what I'm supposed to do and was sent a forma and asked for more money. I have never felt valued or important to my association beyond getting my money in all my years as a "member" of it. I would have to recommend an association to other's 'cause they're the gatekeepers of the tools needed to do our jobs, but I can't think of a single thing about this association I could share with someone looking for a recommendation that would be an honest positive story about the usefulness or help or services I was provided.

1. The telephone support was great 100% The actual telephone support I was given the answers to my question and I was provided accurate directions and directed to payment history I was requesting to view online. In addition the telephone representative is also submitting a request to have my 2019 payment history sent to via email this Monday. Great telephone support. I give her 100+ rating.
2. The webpage Live chat was useless [Cathy Nelson] experience was not helpful at all. possibly she is not trained or maybe my questions have been out of her scope of her knowledge, training or job charter. In summary the live chat experience was awful and useless.
i would review our return on investment with the live chat feature. The information requested should have been able to be answered online chat and provided directions to navigat the webpage to the payment history and past invoices. If this is not part of the charter for live help I question why members are funding live chat through our dues.

Mainstreet is always looking out for the Realtors best interest. Keeping us informed on real estate related issues. Law changes, contract updates, education galore and just listening to our concerns.
