We’ve taken our son First name removed to get his haircut several times to the Grand Parkway location but have been recently trying other places due to the fact that this location sometimes only has a Spanish only speaking stylist named Silvia. She does not speak English or at least pretends to not when we come in. My wife usually takes him so on our latest visit, I wasn’t aware of the issue or knew that she had previously messed up his hair in the past. After First name removed got his haircut yesterday, I spent 10 minutes consoling my son who was so upset he was crying about how bad his hair looked. We will not be going back to Sportsclips at any location as their standards have obviously taken a dramatic fall off of a very steep cliff.

The person I had went strictly off the notes from the previous stylist and did not ask questions or ask me what I wanted. As a result I ended up with a 2 on the sides when it should have been faded down to a low 2. Also she cut hair off the top without asking about length if I see her again, I will wait for a different stylist or just go to a different store.
My hair stylist is always on time and professional.

My barber did a great job. She is the best barber I have had at Sport Clips and I plan on continuing to request her when I come back.

Stylist cut way too much off the top with scissor cut. Never once did she ask how much or it it was a good length which most stylists tend to do

Fast and friendly service....my stylist Lily is just down to earth and takes great stride when giving me a haircut. Always ask if my cut is up to standard even though she knows it is. Always asks if I need any products before I leave. To me she gives top service and will continue to come back and also recommend the Summerwood location!
Hair cut was good and professionally done. Employees were kind respectful and prompt with providing services.
Stylist was talking to other stylist more than concentrating on me. My VIP wash and message was done with very little attention.
Well I asked for a bald fade. The stylist didn’t know how to do it. She completely botched my hair then after realizing she couldn’t blend my fade with scissors she finally asked for help. I had to sit through a compete new cut and ended up with an irritated scalp.
