Excellent cut and very friendly
The prices have gotten way too high. $25 for a basic hair cut? And the women working there have gotten less and less fun. No talking during my entire hair cut. It was terrifying.
Provided two photo examples of the haircut for my son…a simple cut. Started out well while I was sitting the the chair next to the stylist and my son, but had to move because another stylist needed the chair for a customer so I went and sat down in the wait area. When she was done and my son walked up I saw that it was nothing like what I asked for…way shorter than the examples and my verbal instructions. When we walked out after paying I ran my fingers through his hair and the front part over the forehead was super crooked and long hairs that were completely missed. It was a bad haircut. I could’ve done a better job and I have no training. I didn’t want to say anything because I don’t want to be a “Karen” and I didn’t want to create drama, but it sucks I spent over $30. I gave her a decent tip because I value peoples time and realize people rely on tips in that profession. This is not the first time my kids have had bad haircuts at Sports Clips. Just thought I would give another chance. I won’t be bringing my son back for any future haircuts
I aak thia associate to cut my son's hair like a picture that was provided. She mentioned "clippers" and I had no idea what she was refereeing to I thought scissors and said ok. she said a 4? I said yes, like the picture. She ended up cutting all my son's hair off with a machine and he ended up pretty much bald! I had no idea what her reference was with "clippers". Communication was horrible and just said - Ok sorry. Like it wasn't her fault. I paid and left.

The cut was not what I asked for. I showed a picture to cut it like a mop top. A good bit was cut off the top and after the cut I was told that I would need to grow out the top and ask for the edges to be trimmed to let the top grow out more. I wish we would have left the top longer from the beginning to move in the direction of the cut that we wanted. The actual haircut was a really good one. It just wasn’t what was requested in the picture. I do appreciate the stylist and the nice cut. Thank you.

A simple "would you recommend" question is not a proper survey.
There should be questions about quality and satisfaction.
It is typical for me to walk out, as in this case, with a haircut that is shorter on one side than the other. This is not a every time occurrence but often enough for it to be discussed among my peers. I come in for the walk-in convenience, I accept the level of quality.
