I had a picture of the haircut that included longer hair on top. We let his hair grow out. He was given a short, regular haircut with no regard for the picture which was a flow or surfer look for the summer.
Taylor is great. I have uncommon requests for the way my hair is cut and she executes flawlessly each time.
Quick efficient service and scalp massages are great

My kids refused to go there again. One kid was not given towel during MVP and other said that his head was pushed so hard and was told to hold his breath.. nails pushed into his neck while holding him down. And I know that my kids are not unruly or wouldn’t listen etc.. the quality at this location went from awesome to horrible in last 5 years. We had bad experience but went after a while.. because of coupon.. and giving it a try again.. big mistake.

Asked for a specific person who was not there. I was told to come back in an hour, which I did. The person I wanted to cut my hair was already with another customer and I waited another 45 minutes and she was still not available. There were 2 other hair cutters available. There were no other customers waiting and neither lady asked if they could help me. After an hour, I asked one of the ladies to cut my hair. So I waited almost 2 hours for a haircut. And the lady who cut my hair butchered my hair. I asked her to taper the back of my hair and she blocked it. She was Not listening to customer requests. She was too busy laughing and cutting up with the person that I came in to see in the next chair. So, there was no customer service and the outcome was not good. I am not a happy camper.

Came in for a nice haircut for my son's and my prom ( I am an administrator). We have been coming in here for quite sometime with no complaints but today was my son's worst haircut yet. I would have rather Lilly say she wasn't comfortable cutting African American hair than to have him looking like a boot camp cadet for his prom. Definitely lost a customer.

Please make sure enough stylists are working at one time. Only having two in the store that day caused my zero minute wait to turn into a 50 minute wait simply because someone checked in two minutes before I did.

The personnel informed me that she cannot clean my neck and back/around the ears and the side burns edges with a razor/blade as she is not qualified to use blade because she was not a barber but a stylist.
She cleaned the neck with trimmer and used the electric shaver as a courtesy indicating that normally it was an extra. Like buying a car and paying for the floor mats as extra.
Anyway, when I went home I found out that back/around of my ears was not properly trimmed so I had to cut the long hairs with my Braun.
Other than that the service, massage, shampoo was nice.
But having a clean finish with a razor or a trimmer on your neck, side burns and over your ears area is much more important than a massage as it is the essential part of having a hair cut.
The menu, what is included what is not shall be open, transparent, simple, plain. You shall not feel like you are a car repair shop trying to understand what is included and what is not.
I had bought the full package. The one on the top of the list on the wall. Yet I had to use my Braun and cleaning the neck was an issue to talk about.

While there were no customers in the store, and none on the board, the stylist rushed through my cut faster than any haircut I have ever had. I notified her of a sensitive spot on my head from a recent surgery, she noted it, but while combing/cutting so fast she caught it with the commb causing a very small bleed and irritating the spot. I have never had such a rush cut & my wife says it looks like my 5 year old granddaughter cut my hair.
My stylist - sorry, I forget her name - was so friendly and helpful to me. Not to say other stylists I have had were not, but she just went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my hair cut.

Rachel is the best. She is amazing doing her job taking care of all my manly grooming needs. I have been coming to this location for many years and Rachel always comes through with her care for my needs. The store is great and well kept!
