Appt time supposed to be at 2pm. I arrived at 5 mins before and checked in site said ready in 5 at 20 mins site said 4 mins. Finally called me at 2:30. Hair was shaggy I told stylist to cut it short. Exact words were as short as you can get it and barely lay over. She started cutting about an eighth of an inch at a time. I had to tell her to cut more THREE TIMES. It took her an hour to do a simple haircut that usually takes 15-20 mins at sports clips. I have been coming to this same location for a couple years and never did I have to wait so long to get started or so long for a cut. It wastes my time and your businesses

I loved the attention to detail especially one someone like myself that does not know what type of hairstyle to get. My stylist took her time and was very polite and professional.. made my experience well worth the wait and also to the stylist that cut my sons hair she did outstanding my son felt calm and at ease while she worked on him witch is important to me because my son is very shy.. I will continue to choose this location as my go to spot

Costumer service
First, it's overpriced. My son was coming in to get a new hairstyle, as he had never worn his hair longish and we needed to clean it up a bit. I was Hoping to be able to talk to the stylist and discuss different ways he could brush his hair and her thoughts on how to cut it. My stylist spoke limited English. We were not understanding each other. She was very nice, and hair turned out okay, but not what we wanted. I will need to take him in a week or two somewhere else to fix it. I didn't want to be rude and ask for someone else. But I scheduled online, and perhaps you could note which stylist don't speak English. I get that if it was not a complicated hairstyle, she would have been fine. But it really was frustrating.

Carla was amazing and provided exceptional service. I would give her an 11/10. My haircut started with Olga and was a very poor experience. I will be back to see Carla specifically going forward.
My regular stylist was not there, used a new one and got a great cut, awesome wash and even better massage.
Iris gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I've had a rough time recently in life and left there feeling happy, and smiling ear to ear.
