I love the way that Romona cuts my hair. She has been cutting my hair for more than 10 plus years. She is so good at what she does.
Stylists are very thorough when providing services. I like the scent of the tea tree oil shampoo.

Getting my hair cut the way I want
I brought my daughter in and asked if they could cut her hair, they said yes of course. I got a new person who appeared extremely nervous. She spent ten minutes simply brushing my daughter’s hair. When it came time to cut (a simple single length cut at the chin) she told me she didn’t feel comfortable cutting her hair and wanted someone else to do it. I said sure if that’s what you want, but it’s a simple straight cut. She then proceeded to cut it all at the chin height, missing sections and even leaving a few strands of long hair, and then proceeded to charge $10 extra for the length. I was furious. Absolutely furious. It was a complete insult to consider that haircut to be “detailed” when she was completely incompetent. I could have done a better job myself. It was a horrible experience and she should not be cutting hair. And I should get my money back.
Mine opinion is primary driven by the location I frequent in Kingwood, TX. The service is wonderful and although I have a primary stylists, there are a coule others i have used that are great.
A great haircut finished up with a shampoo and head massage is a wonderful treat.

Love the cut and the location
I ONLY came here because we had a free haircut coupon and my son was needing a haircut. Normally I only go to one person who cares and has a great relationship with my little one. That was my mistake. The stylist was not gentle with my 4 year old, she seemed very frustrated and impatient. She would make faces when he would move or not turn his head in the direction she was asking, she really could not hide her thoughts through her expressions. Then at the end of the hair cut she kept saying she’s not taking anymore clients because she’s tired and had nothing but kids today… as she’s cutting my kids hair. My son has little burn/irritated spots on his neck and he kept saying ow during the hair cut i am assuming the clippers are dull are something. At the end of the haircut she started to have a happier tone with my son but at that point i felt maybe shes just happy to be done.
Im not putting 100% blame for poor experience on her, maybe shes burnt out and doesnt enjoy her job, however… thats not the customers fault, especially a kid.

They listen to you on how you would like the hair cut or styled. The particular stylist was very accommodating, esp since the client had unruly hairlines and interesting spots for cowlicks. Alexandra was the stylist.
