The 'reservation' system is a complete disaster.
The volume on the TVs is WAY TOO LOUD....and they're always tuned to the dumbest thing on TV. Put on the news...or CNBC....or something relevant.
Why oh why do you keep asking for feedback when no one reads this stuff, let alone takes any action in response to your customers' views...???

I do t like the fact that the owners don’t want to staff appropriately. 2 to 3 stylist doesn’t cut it on the weekend. Wait times over an hour and a half should tell you that.
