I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted four times and it still didn’t come out how I wanted it. I’ve had good haircuts here before so it was honestly pretty disappointing but it was a free haircut at least so it was fine. Last haircut I got here was really amazing though so it’s just a person thing

Service was beyond amazing. Ms. Lucero was really attentive to my 1yr old and ensured he had a safe and fun experience during his haircut.
It’s a little much to default the lowest tip percentage at 30%. If you want your employees to be better compensated then put it in their hourly wages and stop burdening your patrons with a sense of guilt for entering a “custom” amount.
