I enjoyed the online check-in, the fact I was seen when I arrived. The stylist was friendly, I very much enjoyed the wash and massage (they are never long enough!).
This place is great. The lady that checked me in as well as cut my hair was amazing. She was very friendly and kept checking with me on how my hair looked and felt. I will definitely be going back there especially since its so close to my home.

I like the attention to detail, I think the massage is a great idea but needs to be done by a professional masseuse, to justify the regular price of a visit.
I did use my free first time offer & I will come back for the half off. I’m sure I will think about the full price a bit before I decide to go again. I’m in a scrupulous position & half to budget where I can.
I think you can revolutionize the business with a massage included.

The staff is great. Cimberele I’m pretty sure I spelled her name wrong… but she was amazing in every aspect. The cut, the recommendations, the complete experience was great. The entire staff, Jessica included was nice to not just me but my kids as well. Not sure if the survey will allow for more feedback but just want to recognize the staff of this location. Whenever I was leaving we interacted with a third team member and she was lovely, sorry I didn’t catch her name.
My stylist, Lorraine, was great. Awesome conversation. The store was very busy and is in need of more stylists to match the demand, but service was great.
