Ease of being able to schedule an appointment through the app. My current hair stylist Stacy is really good at what she does and I love that she takes notes. The last few visits I've had have been an exciting and fun experience. I feel like she understands what I ask for and she delivers with the cut and fade. Also, the MVP, Tee Tree shampoo and conditioner with hot towel treatments are always a plus. I have had such a great experience there, that I dragged my friend to go with me on my last visit. He was very happy with the cut and stated, "for the extra few bucks, the MVP treatment is well worth the cost". I travel to Palm Desert and the Coachella Valley quite frequently and love that if I need a great cut with personal attention to detail and service, I won't be let down coming to this store.

Pretty much everything! Check in procedure, services illustrated, procedures, prices, …everything! After reading several reviews on social media, I noticed Claudia’s name recommended. Well, they were clearly correct! She was available and proceeded to give me the best service I’ve ever experienced (cut, shampoo, head and neck massage, hot/cold face towels and finally a shoulder massage)! My wife watched (she had been a licensed cosmetologist for many years) and was mightily impressed with Claudia’s ability and professionalism. Excellent! Just what I needed and wanted! Finally…the price…amazing! I’ll be back!!
