They have our information on file and its so easy to check in online and show up. They get done what we are asking and make my boys feel so good afterwards.
I request the stylist (there are three that I prefer). Beyond that, I don't have much to ad relative to the haircut experience. The only problem I have (continually) is your website. The steps and "flow" of getting on the wait list is obtuse.
The environment is very comfortable. The stylist are very professional.

Sport clips wherever they are, they’re consistent in service. My partner and I are traveling and needed haircuts, he went in one day and I went the next day, we both had Stephanie cut our hair and she was amazing! Very friendly and professional. Love the friendly staff at this location. They are always so good with my little one! He’s been getting his hair cut here since he was 11 months old. He is 3 now! We love Billie Jo! Great stylist ,and aided with prior computer data on my preferred cut; I was in and out quickly and I used the app to sign in ahead of arrival with a seat waiting. A great cut and fun conversation with the stylist.
