Pretty much everything! Check in procedure, services illustrated, procedures, prices, …everything! After reading several reviews on social media, I noticed Claudia’s name recommended. Well, they were clearly correct! She was available and proceeded to give me the best service I’ve ever experienced (cut, shampoo, head and neck massage, hot/cold face towels and finally a shoulder massage)! My wife watched (she had been a licensed cosmetologist for many years) and was mightily impressed with Claudia’s ability and professionalism. Excellent! Just what I needed and wanted! Finally…the price…amazing! I’ll be back!!

Scalp massage was great
I went to Supercuts in Palm Desert on country club Drive. I’ve been medically retired for a couple years. I’ve just been letting my hair grow barely trim it myself and it was super long for me . Tammy was up. She took the challenge and did an excellent job. She was very detailed in her cutting up my hair and even the shampoo never felt rushed like some places and then the final finish look was really great. You couldn’t even tell I got a haircut. Everything was so smooth on the sides and back everything so thank you again Tammy. I will request you next time. I’m there and I won’t. I won’t wait four months this time

Convenient and very nice people
It is convenient to check in on the app and pay with credit card. The best part about our local Clips is the staff; the ladies are all friendly and polite. Our favorite is Lorraine and we will usually wait for her even though all the ladies do a great job.
