The people you have working for you are your greatest asset. Nicole, at your Folsom store on Madison Ave, is the coolest person you could encounter. She makes you feel welcome every time. And Sam does great work and always reminds me of my sister. The others girls working there are great. You should be proud of the way they represent your brand.
