What I liked the most was how friendly, caring, and talented the staff are. I love that I can go in and everyone is just being themselves. I don’t get the sense of putting on the “customer service” facade from the employees. It makes the experience much more enjoyable and pleasant. I also appreciate how talented everyone is. If I want to do a different style than my usual, they know what they can do and how to do it. I had the pleasure of having Santa as my stylist today, and I have to say that she was such a joy to be around. Sanya kept me laughing and smiling, all while still doing an amazing haircut!
