Commitment to excellent service
I attempted to walk in earlier in the day and was notified of the wait and that I could check in. I left to run some errands and was greeted with a "welcome back" when i arrived. The wait was much shorter and Marlene was able to take me in fewer than 10 minutes. She explained all the services and let me know how things were done since it was my first visit. Everything was great about the haircut and service provided. Marlene even gave me some bounce back coupons since I told her I was still looking for my "regular" haircut place. I will absolutely be back.
I have been going there for a few years and Kimmie is always consistent, friendly, helpful every visit. Whether it is my nephews or myself she is always a great experience and a fly cut. Perfection.

I come to sports clips every time for a haircut now because I love being able to select which hair stylists and checking in before I arrive. No more wasted time waiting for a barber whom I’ve never met and does not know how I like my haircut.
I’ve been going to Ashlee at the same Sports Clips for years now because she does such an amazing job and knows what I want. Plus she’s very friendly and makes you feel right at home.
And if she ever moves up or moves on, I feel confident that the store has plenty of talented stylists who could help me.
The haircut’s are always perfect. The ladies that work there are so kind to my 30 year old special needs son! He loves going there and getting haircuts. Even when I say you don’t need one yet, he says yes I do! Lets go!!!
