The triple play and mvp services are a wonderful treat to a guy that doesn't always treat himself well. It's a nice reminder to be better to myself. On top of that, Samantha was so wonderful to talk to, and during my hair wash, you could feel the kindness and care radiate from her fingertips. It was truly an exceptional visit.

Online check-in is a breeze. Sometimes there is a wait in the queue but that is understandable, just gives me time to travel there. I like the text messages that alert me when my turn is coming up. My son and I have gone many times and had a great experience, MVP or not. Kimmie is our favorite at our location. They are all great but we get her as our stylist the most often and she does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Customer service and cleanliness of the locations that I regularly use are great. Stylists are good and fun as well.
The woman who cut my sons hair was very nice and worked so well with him. He has autism and doesnt like people touching his head, but she did a great job and hia hair come out looking so good.
The EDH site is great. It's an upbeat environment, the team enjoys one another, and they treat the clients very well.... have had a great experience every time I've gone there.

Kimmie always does great job. The staff greets me when I arrive. The app works perfectly. I always try to use either Kimmie or Dianna both are great stylists.
Yesterday my son cut all his hair off ,, I tried taking him out of it, the kind lady kindly told him to think about first,, I did notice and appreciated that! Ty, afterwards she asked him if he would like a taper , he said nope,, 10 minutes later we came back an her tapered it for him .. customer service was excellent, we will be coming back ,, I forget her name,,sorry, she was an Asian lady in her early 40s by the window,,, Ty
