Yessenia made me feel like my business is truly valued, and gave me her full attention. She let me know that since it was my first visit I got a free upgrade to MVP. She then asked about my hair and paid attention to any cowlicks. She did a great job on the cut, taking her time to do it right. Then the magic started. The shampoo with massage was amazing! And then I was surprised to get a shoulder massage after that! I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time! Throughout, Yessenia made me feel like she cared about my experience and wasn't just rushing through a task to get to the next customer. She was very pleasant, made good conversation, and kept the atmosphere light with her coworkers. I will definitely be back!

The whole concept is excellent. You actually feel a little guilty at first with the multiple stages of pampering, but very quickly you realize that this is a wonderful experience!! A simple haircut taken to a fun and exceptional level!!! Sam was awesome and I wish I could bottle her attitude, enthusiasm, and expertise; we could be rich!!😂 Well done!!!!!
